By creating an account or using FrameProof, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are creating an account on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

FrameProof provides educational assessments designed to detect bias and provide unbiased learning evaluations for children ages 5-18. Our service includes assessments, progress tracking, and engagement features.

3. Parental Consent

For children under 13, we require verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information. By creating a child profile, you consent to the collection and use of your child's information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. School Accounts

Schools using FrameProof must have a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on file. School administrators are responsible for managing teacher access and ensuring compliance with FERPA within their institution.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to FrameProof. We use your data only to provide and improve our educational service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfering with the service's operation
• Scraping or automated data collection

8. Limitation of Liability

FrameProof assessments are educational tools and should not be used as the sole basis for academic decisions. We provide assessments "as is" and make no guarantees about specific educational outcomes.
